Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery responsibility passes to the courier once the order leaves the warehouse. All UK orders qualify for free shipping.

International customers must cover shipping costs plus any import duties, VAT, or customs charges; returns due to non-payment of these will not be refunded.

Orders include tracking and insurance for items above a set value.

Damaged or Missing Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery; retain all packaging. Errors by the company will be remedied via a replacement, repair, or refund under the returns policy.

You have 30 days from receipt to return items if they arrived faulty or damaged. Returns require the item in its original condition, free from misuse or mishandling. Contact first for approval and return instructions. You’re responsible for return shipping, plus any customs or import fees (for international returns).

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method but will be reduced by original shipping, a 5% handling fee, and any other costs (e.g. customs, transaction fees). Some items cannot be returned (e.g. opened rolls of film, custom orders, gift cards).

Items in “average” condition include a 3-month warranty against faults, unless noted. “Ugly” items have no warranty if purchased in person; online orders are covered only by the 14-day return window. If a fault occurs within 3 months, we will repair, replace, or refund depending on feasibility.

Warranty is non-transferable and void if resold. Resellers are limited to the 14-day return period. Exclusions: selenium light meters, minor oil on preset/rangefinder lenses, subjective issues (e.g., focusing feel), and rangefinder misalignments reported after 14 days.
