4. Delivery

  • Standard delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet estimated times, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Customers must inspect their order upon receipt and notify us of any damage, defects, or missing items within 7 days.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Our returns policy complies with UK consumer law. Customers may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. Returned items must be in original packaging.

  • Customised or personalised bikes are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Warranty

  • Robin’s Bicycle offers a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship on all bikes.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.

  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

7. Safety and Usage

  • All bikes must be used under adult supervision.

  • Helmets and appropriate safety gear should always be worn.

  • Robin’s Bicycle is not liable for injuries or damages arising from unsafe use.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
