30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Returns are accepted only if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Please note that a 5% handling fee and initial shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. For full information, please refer to our Returns Policy page.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:

The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

It must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or incorrect handling.
To start a return, email us first. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without contacting us in advance may be rejected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For international returns, any customs or import fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from the final refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make things right. We recommend testing the camera with the included roll of film within the 30-day window.
Please note: Returns will not be accepted if damage is the result of improper use. All items are inspected and any known weaknesses are repaired before dispatch.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are excluded from returns, including:

Opened or used rolls of film

Special orders or custom-made items

Gift cards
If the roll of film included with your camera is used or opened before returning the item, £4.50 will be deducted from your refund.
We cannot accept returns for waterproof cameras that have suffered internal damage from moisture. Always ensure seals are clean and dry thoroughly after use.
Refund Process
Once we’ve received and assessed your return, we’ll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
Refunds are issued minus:

Original shipping charges

A 5% processing fee

Any additional costs incurred (e.g., customs duties)
Returns for Non-Faulty Items
If the product is returned but not due to a fault, the refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping, transaction fees, and other applicable costs. The item must still meet our return condition requirements.
International Returns — Undelivered or Refused
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or incorrect delivery information:

Refunds will be issued after deducting original shipping, payment processing fees, and any additional return-related costs.

We are not responsible for items that go undelivered due to address errors or parcels delivered after an address change. Such situations are the customer’s responsibility.
If no alternative delivery is arranged and the item is returned, the same refund deductions will apply
